How this estimate works

For one property: weekly rent × 52 × your management fee percentage, less $552 for 12 months of PPX at the starting price of $46/month. Both fees and the savings estimate exclude GST. It assumes 52 weeks of rent collected. Enter your management fee percentage before GST. Letting fees, vacancies, maintenance, other services and the value of your time are excluded. Actual savings depend on your agreed PPX plan and costs; your quote is based on the number of properties you manage. All amounts are in AUD.

PPX is designed to help you understand your records and prepare the next step. You review the source, correct missing details and approve outgoing messages.

What happens to my enquiry?

It is saved privately on our server for review. Keep the reference number shown after submission. The form does not send automated emails. Please do not include tenant details, account passwords or financial documents.

What happens to my details?

Chieu 2 Pty Ltd stores the name, email, message and any preferences you submit, along with a reference number and submission time, on our server. We use them to review your enquiry and arrange follow-up. The form does not send automated emails or connect your inbox.

What should I share?

Your property count and a brief description of what you need are enough. Please leave out tenant information, bank details, identity documents and passwords. We’ll discuss the appropriate way to share property records if you proceed with setup.

Can I correct or remove an enquiry?

Use the contact form and quote your reference number to request a correction or deletion. We’ll review the request and may need to confirm that the enquiry is yours. The form uses a security cookie and temporarily counts submissions by IP address to help prevent misuse.
